Franchisee Defaults on the SBA Push Banks to Think Twice

Financing.Org has an interesting article today about the impact of SBA defaults on small businesses.  In the past year the number of franchisees defaulting on their SBA 7a loans has dramatically increased.   As more franchisees fail and default on their SBA guaranteed loans, banks are looking more carefully at funding future franchisees.  Financing.Org discusses the alternative paths of funding available to prospective franchisees here.
